About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong emphasis on coding to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, experience writing clean, maintainable code, and a passion for solving complex technical problems. You will work closely with other developers, software architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Job Role:
โข Writing and reviewing great quality code.
โข Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clientโs needs in the context of
the product.
โข Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being
able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks.
โข Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
โข Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
โข Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of
continuous improvement.
โข Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
โข Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
โข Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to
justify the decision taken.
โข Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Desired Competencies:
โข Should have knowledge of Data Structure & Algorithm
โข Frontend Languages / Technologies – Angular/React, CSS
โข Converting Drafted Design in Visily or Figma into the UI Framework
โข IDE / Tools- IntelliJ/Eclipse, Git, SVN, VS
โข Good Knowledge of relational and object-oriented modelling.
โข Analysis of requirements and Develop software as per project defined software process
โข Demonstrate successful completion of analysis, technical design, and programming assignments
โข Experience in communicating effectively with other technical teams, and management to collect
requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
โข Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software
(including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized
business and technical knowledge
