Responsibilities
· Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, rotating equipment alignment, and foundational knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex equipment malfunctions
· Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency breakdown maintenance on moulding lines electric induction furnaces, Die casting units, sand plants, Material handling systems (EOT cranes, conveyors, pumps), Utility equipment and shot-blasting machines.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering
· Should have 3 years’ experience in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance
