PRODUCTION ENGINEER
STELZ Multiparking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Bengaluru.
Position: Production Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores & Quality teams
• Supervise fabrication, machining, welding & assembly processes
• Monitor material utilization, manpower & machine efficiency
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills
Production planning & manufacturing processes
Engineering drawings & BOM understanding
AutoCAD & MS Excel
ERP/MRP knowledge
Fabrication & mechanical assembly knowledge
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
