ABOUT THE TEAM The Systems Engineering team in Rubrik's Developer Platform organization owns the reliability of Rubrik Cloud Data Management (CDM) and RSC-P products. Our customers trust Rubrik to recover their data on the worst day of their year. We make sure the software holds up under that pressure, at scale, over months of continuous operation, and in the face of failure. We build the infrastructure and pipelines that let product teams validate stress, scale, longevity and resilience, and we own the call on whether a release is reliable enough to ship. We work with component teams, product management and release managers to build reliability early, rather than inspect for it at the end. What we own Release reliability certification.
