What You’ll Do :
Lead multiple AI and digital transformation engagements, driving successful delivery from strategy through implementation and scaled adoption.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI
Build and manage client relationships across accounts while identifying opportunities to expand ZS's AI capabilities within existing and new engagements.
Lead cross-functional teams in designing, building, and scaling enterprise AI applications powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics
Contribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology
Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team
Ensure high-quality solution delivery through strong engineering, architecture, and SDLC practices.
Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms
Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Work with ZS technology teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go-to-market activities
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
10-12+ years of experience leading technology, AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within consulting, technology services, or industry environments.
Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Knowledge Retrieval, and modern AI architecture patterns.
Experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI applications from concept through production.
Strong knowledge of AI application development, software engineering, cloud architecture, and platform engineering practices.
Hands-on experience with modern AI and data platforms, including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake, Vertex AI, or similar ecosystems.
Experience operationalizing AI through MLOps, LLMOps, model governance, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and data engineering.
Experience delivering solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Agile project planning and project management experience
Team management and skill development experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated, good work ethic and enterprise maturity
Life science domain knowledge is a plus
