Proprietary software solutions and innovation are at the core of what

As a core member of our Product Development team you will work with dedicated
professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical
information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
About the Role:
Citco Technology Management is looking for an IT Developer to develop and
maintain our Web applications. You will be part of the IT department that
manages the core Reconciliation platform for the firm. You will be closely
working with a talented bunch of product managers, architects and developers
across the globe.
* Design, develop, enhance, and maintain recon applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
* Strong knowledge of design patterns.
* Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality.
* Learn, adapt, test/evaluate, and implement new technologies.
* Communicate effectively with businnes and Product management teams.
* Coordinate with the DevOps team to push the application and infra changes to
higher environments.
* Provide technical documentation.
* Strong understanding of CI/CD integration.
* Communicate effectively with peers and leads.
* Participate and contribute on all team activities such as sprint planning,
daily scrums, and retrospectives.
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3-4 years experience developing microservices using Python, AWS,
NodeJS, Swagger/Open Api 3.
* Minimum of 1 years experience developing backend applications using
Javascript and JSON.
* Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node is a huge plus.
* Strong programming skills (Python, Javascript). Strong knowledge of design
patterns.
* Experience using REST based or GraphQL APIs from single page applications.
* Have an understanding of authentication and authorization aspects for APIs.
* Have a good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
* Any formal Cloud based training and any industry cloud related industry
accredited certification is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
* Well rounded individual capable of performing several roles with ability to
work in a fast paced, complex IT environment.
* Personal qualities: Possess a strong work ethic, self-starter, creative, a
focus on customer service, possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm,
excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, sense of
urgency, team player, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task,
and commitment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including
oral and written English.
* Keywords – javascript, graphql, reactjs, python, microservices, swagger,
openapi, cloud, aws, azure, gcp, git.
