Senior Consultant – SAP-SAP S4HANA EWM at Bristlecone

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Consultant with deep

functional expertise on S/4HANA. The role involves driving full‑cycle EWM

projects—from blueprint to go‑live—while collaborating with business and

technical teams to design, configure, and fine‑tune warehouse processes,

ensuring seamless integration with core SAP modules and delivering measurable

efficiency gains.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead SAP EWM implementation phases (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover,

Go‑Live) on S/4HANA.

* Configure inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse

structures.

* Design and optimize warehouse orders, waves, and yard management scenarios.

* Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules, handling IDocs and MFS

where required.

* Implement Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM solutions.

* Set up and maintain EWM master data (products, packaging specs, handling

units, work centers, resources).

* Collaborate with ABAP team to draft functional specs and oversee custom

enhancements.

* Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage defect resolution.

* Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement.

* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the

Delivery team.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 6 years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience, with at least 2 full

lifecycle implementations on S/4HANA.

* Proven expertise in Embedded EWM (mandatory) and familiarity with

Decentralized EWM.

* Strong functional knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse layout,

and process optimization.

* Hands‑on experience with handling units (HU), RF framework, and labor

management.

* Ability to configure storage types, sections, and warehouse structures.

* Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.

* Solid understanding of IDoc processing and MFS concepts.

* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.

* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Willingness to travel across Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, and Hyderabad as

project demands.
