Tasks

• Support in day-to-day Sales & Marketing operations
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports and sales materials
• Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Support market research activities
• Maintain and update CRM data and sales documentation
• Support website and social media content updates
• Help optimize internal sales and marketing processes
• Take ownership of smaller projects during semester breaks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Available to work primarily during semester breaks on full time base.
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Frankfurt.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
• Available to work primarily during semester breaks on full time base.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail with a high level of reliability, proactive working attitude, hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in blockchain technology and digital assets is a plus.
