Job Description

• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into polished and high-performing interfaces.

• Build reusable, testable, and efficient React.js components and PHP/WordPress theme, block, plugins.

• Develop headless Next.js architecture with efficient caching mechanisms.

• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability across environments.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and site-reliability problems.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

• Lead the deployment process for staging and production environments.

• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose platform enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years in web development, including 4+ years in React.js development.

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.

• Proficient in Next.js for SSR/SSG/ISR and React Server Components.

• Comfortable with PHP and MySQL, including WordPress core concepts.

• Experience creating block themes and plugins; Gutenberg/Block Editor workflows.

• Experience with page builders, settings/option pages, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).

• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture (template hierarchy), REST API.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux).

• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows such as Jira.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

Nice To Have:

• Experience in PHP’s framework Laravel.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).

• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices and tools.

• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing.

• Experience leading fast-paced remote Agile teams.

• Testing experience (e.g. Jest, PHPUnit) and API tools (Postman).
