  Required Skill :

• Basics of Electronics (Analog and Digital circuits) Microprocessor & Micro-controller, ADCs, DACs, Multiplexers, LIC, OP-AMP, Transistor, Diode etc.,

Eligibility criteria :-

• Diploma – ECE/EEE/E&I
• Candidates who have passed out from 2018,2019&2020 .
• Aggregate of 60% & above in 10th,12th and Diploma.
• No standing arrears. Good written and verbal communication skills is required.

Job Description:

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue
