M9 Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Mid/senior-level DevOps engineers to support the client’s DevOps team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 – 10 years of experience.

• Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning critical infrastructure.

• Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.

• Experience working within the OpenStack cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure.

• Experience in monitoring and the health of the resources deployed via Nagios or other enterprise management solutions.

• Experience in troubleshooting complex/automated configuration and deployment processes.

• Specific tool expertise required:

• Linux tools/automation and shell scripting

• Python

• AWS

• OpenStack Management

• Docker containerization and K8s orchestration

• CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab

Full-Time Employee Compensation

Salary Range

$60,000 – $180,000 USD
