Global Autotech Ltd is also the only facility in South Asia to have a vertical squeeze casting machine which is suitable for very high integrity castings used in structural and high pressure applications. These castings are used for engine mountings and high pressure applications. Global Autotech Ltd is also the pioneer in India manufacturing high precision compressor parts like piston and swash plates. These parts are machined on fully automatic lines with automated gauging and in house capability for special process like Teflon resin coating and Tin coating.

Required Qualification:
BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering
Job Description:
- Should have experience of handling production line with Machining, forming operations (Rack rolling), Grinding & Induction hardening.
- Good exposure to setting and programming of Machines like SPM, CNC lathes.
- Should be well versed with inserts and cutting tools.
- Thorough understanding for problem solving technics on Machines.
- Exposure to basic quality tools and APQP / PPAP.
- Should be able to understand GD & T requirement on drawing.
- Exposure to TS/IS 16949 / IATF documentation.
- Direct interaction for customers Audits.
- Manpower allocation on line.
- Daily production planning as per customer plan.
- Daily production reports generation as per plan.
- To attend management meetings as per requirement.
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
- Ability to effectively lead and direct employees.
