Basic Qualifications:-
- Graduate/ PG
Skills Required:-
- Should be well versed with various Training delivery modes and evaluation methodologies
- Good understanding of MOOCS
- Good understanding of various technologies and should be able to recommend the right source to the trainee.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals in consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Design, develop and deliver professional and behavioural skills training
- Design and create communication strategy and content for various training programs
- Own End to End Delivery of Leadership and other training programs
- Liaison with external partners to deliver technical trainings and own end to end process
- Create Role based Learning Paths.
- Program Manage “Leadership development program”
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
