Job Responsibilities:

 Become an expert in Paytm 
 Own end-to-end key business metrics like 
 Be the voice of Paytm 
 Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
 Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser
 Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build innovative 
 Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve 

Desired Qualifications:
 7+ years of experience in 
preferred)
 Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals
 Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally
and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
 Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation
skills required
 High bias for action required
 Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and
flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping
people and projects moving on schedule
