Summary:
As an Application Developer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and efficient, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to support evolving business goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of application development, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration within the organizational environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
– Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
– Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
– Ability to design comprehensive test plans that align with application requirements.
– Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects effectively.
– Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
– This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
