📝 Rquirements:
– US Citizenship is required to fulfill federal security standards.
– Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area for hybrid on-site duties at DHS headquarters or component offices (e.g., CISA, ICE, or TSA).
– A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with React.js.
– A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Python.
– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
– Strong background in application development with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
– Design and develop responsive, Section 508 compliant user interfaces utilizing React.js and TypeScript.
– Create and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI or Flask) to manage high-volume data ingestion.
– Work collaboratively with security teams to embed automated scanning (SAST/DAST) into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
– Assist in deploying applications in AWS GovCloud or Azure Government environments using container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
– Manage data interactions with PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases to guarantee data integrity and efficient querying for essential reports.
