Develop voice, text, and chat solutions for contact centers. Support all inbound and outbound multimedia applications, corresponding business transactions, and provide occasional production support. Define multimedia requirements. Build, configure, and implement applications. Devise and present solutions that appeal to a large audience to ensure buy-in from both business and technical teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to multimedia products, including identifying root causes and prevention measures. Participate in implementation and support expansion of new conversational AI initiatives. Interface with QA and business users as issues arise. Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for the contact center.
Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Agile development practices using Jira products; DevOps methodology; and building, configuring, and implementing conversational AI/IVR applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RestAPI, Microservices, NoSQL (MongoDB), Oracle SQL, HTML, Javascript, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
