We’re looking for a Backend Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot fundamentals to design, build, and maintain scalable services and APIs for our enterprise AI platform. You’ll work on modern, cloud-native architectures and help shape systems that are simple, reliable, and built to last.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services with Java & Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and evolve microservices that are simple, scalable, and reliable.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• (Bonus) Work with containerized deployments on Kubernetes/Docker.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good grasp of REST APIs and microservice architecture.
• Experience with testing (e.g., Mockito, AssertJ) and CI/CD with Git.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including ORM frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Spring Security and (optionally) Spring Cloud Gateway.
• Strong debugging skills and a product mindset—you care about outcomes, not just code.

Nice to Have

• Spring AI knowledge.
• Messaging (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes or Docker.
