- Perform daily bookkeeping across multiple business entities.
- Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts.
- Allocate invoices and expenses to the appropriate property developments within Xero.
- Process supplier invoices using Hubdoc.
- Maintain accurate financial records and project allocations.
- Assist with BAS preparation by ensuring financial records remain current.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Liaise with the business owner regarding project coding where required.
- Maintain organised digital financial records using Dropbox.
- Assist with clearing an initial bookkeeping backlog before transitioning into ongoing maintenance.
