BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Performance Business Analysis for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC!
Position Title: Business Analysis
Location: Charlotte, NC
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.
Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)
Shift: Monday- Friday (5×8)
Pay Range: $60 – $65/hr.

Description:
Candidate will be a member of a team of business analysts, developers, testers and scrum masters.
Candidate would have experience in Business Analysis and Requirements documentation.
Candidate will support solution development for the following groups involved in the trade lifecycle:
o Front office
o Middle office
o Finance
o Operations
o Regulatory and Operational Compliance
o Risk (market, credit, capital, liquidity, etc )
Candidate would have hands on experience delivering solutions for:
o Interest Rate Derivatives
o Foreign Exchange Derivatives
o Futures
o Bonds and Securities
o Secured and Unsecured Money Market Instruments
o Loans
Candidate would have experience as a working member of an agile software development team
Candidate would have experience working with teams in geographically diverse locations
Candidate would have knowledge on balance sheet and income statements
Candidate would be comfortable working in an environment with Python, Java, Angular2 and like solutions.
experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solution Candidate would have good communication skills and experience working in a cross functional organization.
Top 3 skills:
1. 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/ or Requirements documentation
2. 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions for Capital Markets.
3. 5+ years os in an Agile Environment
