Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Pune City. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects, including infrastructure and site development works. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and technical documentation, supporting stormwater management solutions, coordinating with contractors and site teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations. The role involves monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Civil Engineer will also assist in estimating, reporting, and communicating project updates to management and clients as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical site conditions.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or construction projects, with involvement in planning and project coordination.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, including design and implementation in urban environments.
• Proficiency in project Planning for civil works, including scheduling, resource coordination, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; experience with CAD or similar design software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and safety practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with site staff, contractors, and clients.
• Previous on-site experience in Pune or similar urban settings is a plus.
