HPC Computational Scientist | Full-time | Remote | Spain

The Responsibilities and Skills of the Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Linux and HPC environments.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Slurm, LSF, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with Easybuild, EESSI, Singularity containers, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Grafana, or related monitoring software.
• Expertise in the installation and fine-tuning of HPC applications.
• Proven experience in HPC user support and troubleshooting.
• Contribution to cutting-edge European projects, offering user support, and creating automation pipelines.
• Active participation in open-source projects.
• Developing technical training and documentation.
• Sharing expertise through training courses.
• Proficiency in instruction, diplomacy, and tact.

• Contribución a proyectos europeos de vanguardia, brindando soporte al usuario y creando pipelines de automatización.
• Participación activa en proyectos de código abierto.
• Desarrollo de capacitación técnica y documentación.
• Compartir conocimientos a través de cursos de formación.
• Proficiencia en instrucción, diplomacia y tacto.
