Department: Contracts and Procurement Job Summary:
The Contracts Coordinator for NTG’s Federal Division is responsible for managing, reviewing, and overseeing contracts within the federal portfolio. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, while supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives. The Contracts Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and project management, to facilitate the efficient execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and government contracts.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal standards, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract database, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and
accessible.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract execution.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial and federal
contracts.
Coordination and Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation
and execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are
understood and met.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance.
• Document all contract modifications, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and actions taken in relation to contract
management. Support and Training:
• Provide guidance and training to team members on contract policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of contract management tools and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Certified Federal Contracts Manager – CFCM) is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably with both commercial and federal contracts.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant laws and regulations.
Skills:
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required by federal contracts.
• Knowledge of government contracting processes and procurement regulations.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Working Conditions:
• Standard office environment with occasional travel to client sites or industry events.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines when necessary.
