Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Rotational Shifts . Requirements Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good technical knowledge. Flexible to work in shifts. Must have done  Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate. Freshers and Experienced both are eligible. Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts. Benefits Direct Company Payroll.
