Designation :    Process Executive Job Role : E-Commerce customer support – voice support. Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones. Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Flexible to work in shift. Requirements Excellent English – In both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good technical knowledge. Experience :  Any  Fresher & experienced in customer service role. Shift  : Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts. Education :  Any undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
