Taking calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones. Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Flexible to work in shift. Requirements Requirements Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good technical knowledge. Must have done Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate. Freshers and Experienced both are eligible. Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts.
