11-Oct-2023 Designer-Process (1 year contract-extendable) AS-IN-Pune Job Description and Qualifications Job Description and Qualifications Position: Contract – Designer Process (SPPID )JOB PURPOSE:The graphics operator is responsible for electronic drafting of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) for Air Products Operations and Engineering organizations with the guidance under EngineerThe work is all 2D drafting, typically working from hand mark-ups from the Process and Process Systems engineers PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Carrying out drafting of the PFD & P&ID graphics with guidance of designer and closely working with engineerAccurate drafting from hand mark-ups and self checksAccurate data entry for attributes behind the P&ID graphicsDRAFTING TOOLS: The drafting tools used: (SPPID) Smart Plant PIDKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Diploma engineer in Chemical or Mechanical EngineeringCandidates with experience in drafting PFD and P&ID for process plants using the above-mentioned software tools is preferred.Having minimum 5 years of experience using smart plant P&ID software for drafting P&IDs Req No. 44848BR Employment Status Fixed Term (direct AP employee) – Full Time Organization Global Engrg Mfg Technology & Equipment Business Sector / Division India EPC Region India Country India Designer-Process (1 year contract-extendable) | Air Products
