Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin. Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
