About the Client:Our clientis an Irish-domiciled multinational company that provides consulting and processing services.Job Role:To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli.Requirements. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER).Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
