This team owns our full user-facing reporting and analytics product. It's a high-impact role where you'll lead the strategy for how our customers visualize and interact with their hiring data at scale.Our Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as a product-focused full-stack software engineer; 1+ year of people management experience.
– Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and distributed system architecture
– Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages/frameworks (preferably Ruby/Rails, JS, TS, React)
– Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional collaboration with Product and Design
