LOCATION : GURGAON JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service , and automated . Requirements Only technical graduate if fresher . Any graduate if experienced in Technical voice. Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill. (Without MTI || Neutral accent) All Technical Fresher With excellent Verbal & Oral Communication is needed. 0.6 to 3 years experience in Service Desk Voice Support. Must be flexible to work in night shift. Work from office (Gurugram/Bangalore) 3 Rounds of interview Screening over the call Berlitz Ops Must be able to clear all the above rounds. Benefits SALARY FOR FRESHER : 25k CTC SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE : Up to 32k ( based on experience, interview & skill set) LOCATION : GURGAON/ BANGALORE
