Mechanical Engineer

Engineer Maintenance

Essential Attributes

Team handing/ Problem Trouble shooting/ ISO audit

 Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge.

 Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

 Experience in Assembly Line equipment maintenance.

 Knowledge of SPM (Special Purpose Machines), Press Machines, Paint Shop, and Weld Shop equipment.

 Ability to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

 Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

 Understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.

 Ability to analyze machine failures and implement corrective actions.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

Assembly line machine SPM /Press machine/Paint shop/Weld shop

 Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

 Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.

 Ensure machine availability to support production targets.

 Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.

 Coordinate with production teams for quick resolution of machine issues.

 Participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.
