Founding Full-Stack Engineer

You’ll be one of the first engineers shaping the products our own studio runs on — Unstuck OS, JustAsk, Summon, and whatever’s next. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll touch product decisions, architecture, and the actual shipping, often in the same week.

What you’ll do
• Build and ship features end to end across our product suite.
• Make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast without painting us into corners.
• Work directly with founders and design — short feedback loops, no telephone game.
• Set engineering patterns the next hires will inherit.

What we’re looking for
• 3+ years building production web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Full-stack range: you’re comfortable with APIs, databases, and deploys.
• Bias to ship, paired with the judgment to know when not to.
• You like ambiguity and small teams.

Bonus points
• Startup or studio experience.
• AI product experience.
• You’ve been a technical co-founder before.
