About :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Frontend Developer with a strong focus on modern UI development to design and build high-performance web applications for the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate directly with business stakeholders, quantitative analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams. Experience in financial services, particularly Fixed Income, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and implement modern frontend architecture using state management libraries such as Redux, React Query, or Zustand.
• Integrate frontend applications with Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs.
• Develop interactive data grids and visualization components using AG Grid (preferred).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using React Testing Library and Jest.
• Identify and resolve technical debt while promoting coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business users, and quantitative analysts to translate business requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
• Coordinate with backend, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on React frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend state management solutions such as Redux, React Query, or Zustand.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• 2–3 years of experience with Git in a collaborative, team-based development workflow (branching strategies, PRs, code reviews).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
