Full Stack Developer – PowerShell

Job Summary

Lafayette Group is seeking an experienced professional to provide advanced consulting support for federal cybersecurity programs. The Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer – PowerShell candidate is an experienced, collaborative team member who shares our passion for supporting cybersecurity, has an innate curiosity to learn, and drives to excel with a team of like-minded colleagues in a dynamic environment. This role requires deep, hands-on PowerShell expertise.

Candidates should have experience leveraging PowerShell in a professional capacity and as a core part of their day-to-day development work. This position is ideal for candidates with a proven ability to adapt and drive change – our solution is rapidly evolving, along with new requirements, technologies and the threat landscape.

The ideal candidate will: • Have direct, hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience as a primary development function in current or previous roles.
• Possess a solid understanding of application architecture and interfaces as well as experience with data modeling, software development and the execution of lifecycle delivery and support services, including SecDevOps and the integration of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services.
• Be experienced with writing well-structured code and applications using coding best practices to deliver enterprise applications
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills and can relate to people at all levels of an organization using excellent communication skills.
