We are a design first company and the candidate is expected to work with the Frontend Lead to develop, test and deploy design accurate experiences for the web. An ideal candidate must value clean code and ensure that components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. They will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure – demonstrating a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product development. Responsibilities – Accurately translate screen designs into functional Front-end code – Assist the Back-end team in designing and building API’s, creating servers and databases for functionality – Write high-quality, extensible, testable code; Build reusable code and libraries – Conduct code reviews and act as a Tech-Role model for the team – Participate in planning activities and provide accurate story estimates – Proactively breakdown work, identify risks and explore solutions – Improve the structure, quality, and extensibility of current codebases Keyskills – 3 yrs of overall experience with developing Web Applications; Preferably Consumer-facing SaaS / ERP solutions – 2 yrs building Front-end interfaces with React.js & Redux workflows, must possess high capability in Javascript – 2 years experience in building Back-end and maintaining server applications on Node.js, PostgreSQL and designing APIs – Proficiency in CSS, SCSS/LESS, Typescript, TypeORM, Restful API’s – Experience with tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc – Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Authentication and Security Technologies – Familiarity with Provisioning DevOps tooling with continuous integration, Modern Front-end build pipelines and tools, Containerization (Docker) and Code versioning tools – Architecting and deploying applications for AWS and other cloud providers
