Job Title: Oracle Fusion Pre-sales Consultant

Location: Anywhere in USA (Dallas and Atlanta Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Pre-sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level pre-sales support for Oracle Fusion products and services. They will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to drive sales opportunities.


Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Oracle Fusion products and services.

Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on Oracle Fusion offerings.

Develop customized demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution prototypes to address specific customer challenges.

Create high-quality pre-sales documentation, including proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations.

Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion applications.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the pre-sales process.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion.

Support sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth and market share.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a pre-sales consultant or solution architect, preferably with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion product suite, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX modules.

Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successfully driving sales opportunities to closure.

Certification in Oracle Fusion applications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.

Familiarity with industry-specific verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) is advantageous.

Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
