Help Desk Technician

We are looking for technicians and have multiple positions available. ISTT, Inc. is a cybersecurity firm that prides itself on being the premier vendor of choice for non-profit agencies, local government, and businesses of all sizes. We seek to strategically partner with our customers to maximize their growth and profitability while minimizing cyber risk, and we want you to be a part of the work we are doing. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment, working help desk tickets, participation in Triage and Escalation, new user provisioning, patch remediation, and IP/PBX administration.


  • College/Tech School diploma or university degree in the field of computer information systems and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.

Work Conditions

  • Work primarily in an office environment.
  • Frequently use a computer keyboard and office related equipment.
  • Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components.
  • Some lifting or transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
