Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices through research and participation in industry events.10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An HR specialization is desirable.2. Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels within the organization.4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.5. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.6. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.7. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.8. Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or human resource information systems (HRIS), is a plus.9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.10. Professional certification or courses in HR management are advantageous.11. Willing to Work from Office.
