Overview: The HR Recruiter Fresher plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process of the organization. They are responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting potential candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company. This position is essential for building a skilled and qualified workforce to contribute to the success of the organization.
