1.      Understand the JD & JS clearly about the job openings. 2.      Source candidates through ATS & other means such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc. 3.      Shortlist candidates as per the JD & JS through smart telephonic interviews for the sourced candidates. 4.      Submit the shortlisted candidates to the client for review. 5.      Educate client to approve/reject candidates using ATS link. 6.      Schedule F2F interviews for the approved candidates. 7.      Inform the candidates attending the interviews about the job profile, background of the company and the benefits of joining the company. 8.      Remind candidates to attend the interview at the scheduled time. 9.      Follow up with the client and get feedback for the candidates who attended the interview. 10.   Ensure selected candidates’ joining the client on the stipulated date. 11.   Ask joined candidate to leave a review at our Google & Facebook pages. 12.   Follow up with the candidate for at least a period of 3 months and check for any positive or negative experiences in their new job. 13.   Use our ATS effectively to perform all the above said tasks. Requirements MBA HR or MSW HR or MA HRM or any degree with a passion towards HR. Male or Female. Positive attitude & willingness to work hard. Creativity. Leadership qualities. Good communication.
