Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Specialist (Fresher) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in areas such as employee onboarding, HR administration, and HRIS management. Key Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary forms. HR Administration: Provide administrative support in various HR activities, such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and handling HR inquiries. HRIS Management: Update and maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations. HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of HR practices and policies is a plus.
