Other than developing a thorough understanding of search, recruitment, selection, assessment , and how to build relationships with the applicants, how to search and select to recruit managers and Sr. executives for banks, financial institutions, and  many more. They will also get to learn how to use HR software, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Data  analytics, Candidate assessment,Training and development, compensation and benefits, interview training and development, HRIS,    how to write job descriptions, use various job boards, Application Tracking System, telephonic search and interview, and personal interviews. They will also learn a lot about how an HR business works. MBA  and have relevant skills and interests Duration of Internship:  3 to 6 Months About the Job : Selected HR Trainee day-to-day responsibilities include: Source the required number of profiles to fulfill the vacancies, from sourcing to Joining. Interacting with professionals in niche platforms, and social media. Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements. Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements. Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles. Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases. Measure and HR Analytics report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill. Learn, manage and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects. Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements.  Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines. Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements. Conduct telephonic or video interview of candidate sourced by the trainee Requirements Qualification required:  MBA or Management Graduate. Skill(s) required : Communication Skills Recruitment Social Media Marketing Analytical and reading comprehension skills MS-Excel English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Telephonic conversation skills, Internet search, MS office, Email writing Candidate Attributes :  Good communication, Ability to deliver results and Target Driven recruitment environment Should have good communication and convincing skills. Trainees need to complete the assignments during the training.
