Job Description IT RECRUITER (Freshers with Internship Experience in IT Recruitment)- Work from Office – Immediate Joiner Qualification: Must be a graduate in B.Tech/MCA / BCA/ BE/ BSC Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore Must have excellent communication skill Roles and Responsibilities Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies. Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin. Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates. Requirements Excellent English communication skills Must be a Fresher. Interested to make career into the recruitment field. Basic Technical Skills  Must be comfortable working under a target. Must be living within 5 to 7 KMs nearby Marathahalli or can relocate nearby Marathahalli. Must be living in Bangalore currently. Benefits Net take home salary – 18,000/ month + Incentives  day shift (9:30 AM – 7:00PM) 5 days Working (saturday & sunday off) Requirements Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, with specific experience in onboarding being a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage several new hires’ onboarding simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees. Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.
