Job Description Opportunity for IT ServiceManagement role with an MNC client, Bangalore. About the Client: Our client is an Irish-domiciled multinational company that provides consulting and processing services. Experience – 4+ years Skills – ITIL & ITSM Must-Have – Incident, Change, Problem & Service Management.   Location – Bangalore Key Responsibilities : 1 Leading, driving, and chairing all critical incident calls 2 Forming collaborative action plans via the technical lead with specific actions and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed safely and within SLA 3 Performing timely functional and hierarchical escalation 4 Resolving conflict to move forward to resolution 5 Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up-to-date, including contacts information and post incident report 6 Providing periodic critical incident updates Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of ITSM tools like Jira /Service now and MS office tool like MS Excel Basic understanding of technologies deployed in the estate 2 ITIL certified would be added advantage Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills 2 Good analytical and presentation skills 3 Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills 4 Willingness to learn and grow and ability to work under pressure 5 Flexible and adaptable Requirements Opportunity for IT ServiceManagement role with an MNC client, Bangalore.
