Requirements IT Knowledge: · Knowledge in Windows OS · Knowledge of Network Services and IT accessories · Handling of all hardware and software related troubleshooting · Experience in user requests handling & ticketing systems · Knowledge in Virtual environments · Knowledge in AD and its services · Adherence to IT policies · Any degree with relevant experience · Work experience in similar environment · Good communication Skills If you are not having above mentioned IT knowledge, we need the candidates to at least have basic computer knowledge with documentation in MS Excel.
