- The IT Enterprise Support Technician is primarily responsible for the IT systems, end-user support, software, and related infrastructure for the company.
- This includes routine maintenance of all physical devices e.g. desktops, laptops, printers and monitors, along with end-user applications and software packages.
- The Support Technician position will provide on-site troubleshooting and support for end-users.

Description
Monitor help desk ticketing system and troubleshoot L1 & L2 issues
PC deployment (imaging, communication, setup)
Deployment of end-user equipment (Monitors, Printers, Phones, etc).
Maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user applications
Utilize and improve remote PC management (RMM) processes and toolsets
Deploy and service essential software packages
Support for on-prem Microsoft Office and Office 365
Work as a change agent with in the company
Provide training on new systems
Educate users on features and functions of devices that will increase productivity
Empower the work force by providing reliable tools
When necessary assist in the management of vendors and consultants.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
Profile
At minimum 5 years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
At minimum 5 years working in an End-User support capacity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting executive leadership.
Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
