Jr. Flutter Developer- Fresher Position Summary:As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. This role is suitable for freshers who have a strong foundation in software development and a passion for building user-friendly and visually appealing mobile applications. You will collaborate with a team of designers and developers to create innovative and seamless mobile experiences.Responsibilities: Develop mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and fix bugs, as well as improve application performance.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and Flutter updates.Collaborate effectively within an agile development environment to meet project deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Prefer candidates who has done a course/internship/project in flutterStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Familiarity with mobile development concepts and best practices.Knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming language (academic or personal projects experience is acceptable).Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries.Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to implement visually appealing interfaces.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
