📝 Rquirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development (internships/freelance accepted)
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP
– Experience in creating landing pages for paid advertising
– Familiar with ACF, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools (such as Rank Math)
– Knowledge of website performance metrics and Core Web Vitals
– Excellent communication abilities in a remote work setting
– A/B testing experience is a plus
– Familiarity with call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail) is a bonus
– Experience managing multi-location or franchise websites is advantageous
– Understanding of Git/version control is desirable
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
– Design and enhance landing pages for paid marketing campaigns
– Develop mobile-first designs with compelling CTAs and lead capture forms
– Implement tracking methods (such as UTMs, GA4, GTM, and call tracking)
– Conduct A/B tests to boost conversion rates
– Maintain and enhance WordPress sites (including Kadence and child themes)
– Ensure websites comply with Core Web Vitals and performance criteria
– Support SEO practices and overall site efficiency
– Assist in scaling and managing our multi-location WordPress platform
