Job Description • Provide support to multiple functional and tecno-functional issues within the PM landscape across organizational hierarchy. Support includes all activities which falls under Functional/Admin Support from employee and organization perspective. • Support HRBP’s with information & support in order run the Performance Management process seamlessly within his/her purview. This includes provide proactive insight, sharing reports using MS Office Excel, understand various areas of service delivery and arrive at a solution proposition. • Be responsible for various manual and automatic testing and migration activities/initiatives. • Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds Primary Skills • Respond to client’s queries & escalations accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system) • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan Secondary Skills • Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool
